By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the terms stated below:

  • When do your books open?  

    • My books open 14 days out. ​

    • EX. If you would like to book an appointment on October 14th at 10  a.m., it will become available to book on September 30th at 10 a.m..

  • Is a deposit required?   

    • ​Yes, there is a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit to confirm your appointment.

​

  • How do I pay the balance for my appointment?

    • All balances are to be paid in cash only on the day of your appointment. There are NO REFUNDS for any services. 

​

  • Do you provide house calls?  

    • ​Yes! House calls are available for $100 which goes towards your total. Please send a text to 770-549-1253 to inquire for house calls.

  • Do you provide squeeze in appointments?                                                                                                                        ​

    • Yes, squeeze in appointments are available for $50 which goes towards your total. Squeeze ins are available on Sundays & Mondays as well as before and after normal business hours. Please send a text to 770-549-1253 to inquire for squeeze in appointments.

  • Do you provide hair? 

    • Yes, I provide braiding hair in the following colors: 1B, 2, and 4. If your color is not listed, I use X-Pressions Pre-stretched Braiding Hair by Outre. The amount of hair packs needed to achieve a desired look will be listed in the description section of each style. I am aware that some may be allergic to kankelon braiding hair. If this is the case, please purchase Spectra E-Z Braid Antibacterial Pre-stretched Hair.

  • Can you braid all types of hair? 

    • ​I specialize in most hair types. I am able to braid over mild cases of Alopecia. Please note that if you have a blunt cut, Alopecia, or thick hair additional fees may apply due to these circumstances requiring more time and special techniques.

  • How should I come to my appointment? 

    • ​Please come to your appointment ready to be transformed, and for your hair to be loved on. If you plan to shampoo your own hair, come with clean blow dried straight hair free of oils. If you have oils in your hair prior to your appointment, it will cause the braiding jam that I use to create a white build up in your hair. Blow dried straight hair achieves a clean and sleek look.  If you would like to add a shampoo to your service, please book the service separately.

  • Do you braid colored hair? 

    • ​Yes. Mixing two or more colors and the tucking technique is $20. Adding one color other than your natural hair color and the tucking technique is $10. The requested services require additional time.​

  • Can I bring guest to my appointment?

    • Due to limited spacing, extra guest are NOT allowed. Coming alone permits for you to experience a relaxed and pleasant appointment.

    • If a child is being serviced, the parent or guardian may sit in the salon's parking lot or waiting room. I will notify the parent or guardian 30 minutes before I am finished styling the clients hair. Please be mindful of pick-up time as I may have other clients to style after your child.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment? 

    • ​If you need to cancel your appointment please send a text to 770-549-1253 stating your name, appointment date, and time. If you would like to reschedule you will be required to pay a new $30 deposit and book a new appointment on the website. If at anytime I cancel your appointment, I will refund your existing deposit.

  • What happens if I am late?

    • ​If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact me at 770-549-1253. 15 minutes late= $15 late fee. 20 minutes late= canceled appointment. 

​

  • Where can I purchase braiding hair?

    • ​You may always contact your local beauty supply store and ask for the requested braiding hair. 

​
